The problem
Small service businesses run on four or five disconnected tools — a booking widget, a spreadsheet CRM, a chat app and a calendar. Nothing reconciles, so owners spend their evenings re-typing the same appointment into three places.
What we built
We built one platform where the booking calendar, customer records, tasks and revenue analytics share a single data model. An AI assistant sits on top of that model and can be reached from in-app chat, a phone number or Telegram — it books, reschedules, answers customers and files the follow-up task without a human touching the CRM.
The outcome
Owners open one dashboard in the morning instead of five tabs, and the AI assistant absorbs the routine scheduling traffic that used to eat the day.
