The problem
Hiring teams screened candidates on CVs and unstructured interviews. Skill tests lived in a separate tool, scoring was manual, and nobody could compare two candidates on the same scale.
What we built
A single hiring surface: a builder for custom skill assessments, an auto-scoring engine, a kanban candidate pipeline and a performance dashboard that ranks applicants on the criteria the role actually requires. Recruiters see one live board across every open role.
The outcome
Assessment results, interview notes and pipeline stage all live in one record, so hiring decisions are made from comparable data.
